Mr Biswajit Bordoloi is an award-winning entrepreneur and Co-founder of Assam Green Tech, with over 15 years of experience in agri-business, green energy, real estate, and marketing. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he began his career with the Mahindra Group as a Senior Software Developer working on international banking projects.
He has been an alumni of prestigious XLRI, Jamshedpur since 2011.
He later founded Axum Agri (NGO) to promote rural entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods in Assam, partnering with organisations like IOCL, Coal India, and the Government of Assam.
After a major business setback during Covid-19, he rebuilt his career in real estate and by end of 2024, built a 12,000 sq ft ‘Bordoloi Market Complex’ – an exceptionally successful, award-winning, commercial real-estate project in a small town like Margherita.
In 2023, he co-founded Assam Green Tech, which now works on sustainable agriculture and green energy projects, including international collaborations. He is a recipient of national-level entrepreneurship awards and is a regular speaker at prominent forums on entrepreneurship and rural development.
